Our Estate Planning and Probate department specialises in providing expert streamlined legal advice and taxation advice in all areas of Estate Probate and Succession Planning.   • We acted for the Executors of the Estate of a client who died leaving a substantial Irish and English portfolio which was ultimately administered in accordance with bankruptcy and insolvency rules due to financial institutions
  • Representing a Trustee  in attempting to remove their co-Trustee, appointed under the Will of their deceased former partner to administer a trust set up in the Will for the benefit of the client’s minor daughter who was sole beneficiary of the estate
  • Advising in the administration of estates  including dealing with all creditors and claims
