However, if a user avails of an opportunity to send us information, such as through requesting additional information on services or a brochure, this information will only be used by Lavelle Partners for the purposes for which it was provided by you and for marketing and administration purposes. The Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003, provide you with a right of access to, and the right to correct any inaccuracies in, any personal data supplied to us.

We will provide you with a copy of the Data held by us as soon as practicable and in any event not more than 40 days after the request in writing. There may be a charge of €6.35 to access your data. We may also request proof of identification to verify your access request.
