Sinead  Sheerin


Sinead is a Solicitor in the firm's Property Department and advises clients in the areas of property and banking, whilst specialising in receiver sales and mortgagee in possession sales. Sinead has experience working on large scale loan book sales.

Sinead advises leading financial institutions in relation to property sales as mortgagee in possession, the putting in place of additional security, reviewing security documentation, rectifying title issues, enforcements, the appointment of receivers and issues that arise with same. She also advises commercial clients in relation to putting in place and negotiating the terms of Commercial Leases and Short Term Business Letting Agreements, and acts for private clients in relation to sales and purchases.

Sinead graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BA TSM (Honours) in 2009 before completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Law in Dublin Institute of Technology in 2010.

Sinead joined the firm in 2011 and is also qualified in England and Wales and has experience carrying out UK sales.
