In the current business environment, there has been a marked increase in the level of contentious disputes arising in the area of dismissals, equality claims, bullying and harassment cases and complaints to the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court.

Lavelle Employment Law Solicitors Dublin have recently provided both employers and employees with legal advice on dismissals, redundancies and other employment issues.

We represent clients in cases before the Labour Court, the Labour Relations Commission, the Employment Appeals Tribunal (now the Workplace Relations Commission) and the Equality Tribunal. Our experience also includes representing clients in relation to bullying and harassment cases.

We advise clients on all aspects of employment law and human resources, drafting and reviewing employment contracts and putting grievance procedures in place. We also advise on the pension schemes and employee benefits and advise in the establishment of pension schemes and the re-organisation of exiting schemes.

Our employment law solicitors advise on the drafting of trust documentation for defined contribution/ defined pension schemes and on all aspects of pension scheme regulatory compliance.

We also advise clients on industrial relations, including collective redundancies and redundancy packages.
