He has specific expertise in complex enforcement actions including receivership and bankruptcy.

James has experience in the area of judgment mortgages and subsequent well-charging and forced sale proceedings. He has also advised clients on enforcement of high value liabilities in circumstances where debtors have sought to avoid their creditors, including methods of overturning or setting aside fraudulent transactions.

James graduated from UCD with a BA (Honours) in 2006 before completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies in Portobello College Dublin in 2007.
